A Visit from the Sun

Sun at end of road

The sun peeps through the trees at the curve in the road.

This is the time of year when the sun pays us a visit in the evenings. Some days, it looks like it’s standing boldly at the curve in the road, beaming like a neighbor; other times–as in this photo–it peeps coquettishly through the branches.

Either way, I welcome my neighbor the sun.

  1. Beautiful!

  2. I live in the Sunshine State. Today, though, just clouds and drizzle. But the “Sun will come out Tomorrow.” Right!

    Beautifully written, Rebecca.
